Wanted: junior BIM Manager
Intercon is looking for a junior BIM Manager to work on Architecture and Interior Design projects worldwide with a cosmopolitan team.

Job Description
Manage the design process with the BIM methodology from the Schematic phase (Basic) to the IFC (Executive for construction and as built). The main function of this job position will be to support the Senior BIM Manager / Cluster Manager / Team Leader to implement the BIM system, and coordinate projects ensuring that all agents (internal and external teams) meet the stipulated quality standards of the BIM information.

Person Profile (Notable Aspects)
BIM manager qualification (required)
Master’s BIM training (valuable, not especially BIM Management)
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering, Interior Design is necessary. Specialty in lighting, acoustics or landscaping are valuable. (Quantity surveyors could also choose without any problem) Professional REVIT Certificate (required, obtained after passing the Autodesk exam)
BIM work experience (between 1 and 3 years minimum)
Experience or value in team management.


Requirements:
Advanced use of Autodesk REVIT software and BIM 360.
Team and process management capacity

Planning capacity
Proactivity
Teamwork
Discretion and confidentiality of the information handled

Languages
High level of written and spoken English (professional)
High level of written and spoken Spanish
Valuable Arabic
Valuable Catalan

Specific knowledge
AutoCAD

All BIM advanced tools: Navisworks, Cobies, shared coordinates, Clash resolution, families, etc.
MS Office
Valuable Photoshop
Knowledge and application of the Intercon Work Methodology
Knowledge and application of the Intercon Technical Manuals
