Jumeirah Village Triangle

STATUS: Design
YEAR: 2017

The concept design for these residential towers pays homage to the beauty and textures of materials like concrete, wood and metal to express an atmosphere and looks inspired on an industrial loft. The apartments offer studio, one and two bedrooms and are split between two towers, each identified by a unique color; traffic yellow for tower A and yellow green for B. The residential proposal is complemented by  a main lobby, lift lobbies and corridors as well as a health club and kids playground.

The common areas set the tone with materials expressing all their raw qualities, accompanied by a palette of neutral colors which make them shine even further. The apartments continue to feature grey, metallic hues where color elements in tables, shelves and chairs, painted in light and bright colors, stand out and offer an interesting contraposition to the general mood of the spaces. Other high quality materials and textures presented are wood ash ceramic tiles, dark mesh for the wardrobes and porcelain flooring, which, combined, manage to generate a creative yet warm atmosphere and true delight for those who appreciate the natural beauty and potential materials can offer.
